We're in! We love to hike. Also the ymca has some really good classes that work your entire body. I try to do M-W-F morning classes interval training with cardo and weights. If anyone ever wants to join me 9:30-10:30

Friday is usually the day that I do a PIYO workout which is alot of stretching and poses. It feels so good after a long week with sore muscles.

There is a lady in my workout classes who is in her late seventies she inspires me to keep moving!

Could u use freshly ground peanut butter instead of almond butter?

We use ground white turkey instead of ground beef now. In chili, tacos, spahetti know one can tell the difference and its leaner meat!

I have been making a smoothie for breakfast each morning with coconut milk, vanilla yogurt, 1/2 avocado, frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries in my blender very yummy.
