I definitely feel where you are coming from and it is a struggle but my friend described it as knowing the difference between your body being hungry and you craving food. Most of the time that is the case, also a thing that really helped me everyday was drinking my daily gallon to gallon and a half of water. What is your…

That made me laugh, "perfect six pack". congrats dude you are a god im sorry i disrespected you, wtf?!?! I dont eat and go straight to bed obviously i give it a couple hours or so and believe it or not sometimes that late meal was an in n out burger and i still managed to go from 22%-23% body fat and about 205lbs down to…

Could you explain why you think that? because i did it while cutting weight and it worked out perfectly fine for me.

for me personally i only used MFP to calculate my macros and calorie count. Beside that i used an iifym calculator which told me how much i needed to eat and was very accurate on giving me numbers based on my size and my weekly activity. So to me this app was just a reference.

hey man hearing your story reminds me a lot of myself. I am 20 years old now and after high school i shot up to about 210-215 from my usual 180. Took me awhile to realize it but i finally did and i dedicated myself to the gym and eating right. For the love of God dont go vegan trust me. First step is look up an iifym…

I highly recommend shooting for walking around at 110-115lbs with 13-15% body fat, a slight difference from your goal, but much healthier and just as good of a look. Your weight isn't a problem at all just as long as you can maintain a solid bf % of 13-15 you will look just as you want. Also, in reference to that guy…

Try to stick to the basics of chicken and turkey, possibly your best source along with certain fishes. Also, try protein shakes that are 100% whey isolate for optimum results.

In all honesty i would recommend staying where you are at. Losing 2lbs a week is in the healthy range of 1-3 a week. If you still want to drop down to .5lbs for your assurance then id highly recommend not jumping up so high. Go slow try 100 calories more every week to 2 weeks until you reach around 1600-1800 calories.…

I definitely recommend a food scale as the above post said, but most importantly do you know what your caloric deficit should be in accordance to how much you workout, age, height, weight and all that. When i picked up a food scale and got my caloric deficit from an IIFYM calculator i was able to eat almost anything i…

I ran into a similar problem early on when i first starting cutting weight, but it was an easy fix. My friend referred me to IIFYM. Look up an IIFYM calculator on google and fill out the information asked for to the best of your knowledge. It will give you solid numbers to follow and for the more advanced you can tweak…

Don't be afraid to bulk at all, but there are ways around that gut. I have followed two great, natural bodybuilders for about a year and a half now, Matt Ogus and Chris Lovado. Both bulk and cut accordingly, but manage to keep many cuts. Granted they fill up a bit but thats just how its going to be. Increase your calorie…
