Still really early in my pregnancy. We've told no one. This will be baby number 3. I'm super psyched! I just want to maintain and not gain too much this time. I am now portioning my meals before plating and I'm with most of you and think no seconds, so I might as well eat everything I have. I need to learn the full feeling and learn to stop. At least it is portioned first.

I'm with some...I'm aiming to get all 8 glasses of water in. This past week I was unable to 8, and I know it will help with weight loss, but I can't go to the bathroom that often. I teach school and only have two breaks in the day. Snow day tomorrow so I might as well start. Thirty days will be March 11. I've got it marked.
