Just added myself! I'm about 20 lb overweight (I'm at 149, would like to be at my old 125 by this summer)... I never really had any weight problems, then I hit age 30. Ugh it's so hard now, plus I drink way too much. So goals are to cut down drinking, eat healthier, workout 6x/week, and lose 20lb by April 1st. Thank you…
