I always sleep during the day. Record my first meal at 4pm as breakfast. Whatever meals I eat during the night go on lunch and dinner. I end the day at 8 am.

I've had success in the past when I have followed Weight Watchers. I really don't like their new Smart Points plan so I came over to MFP and I love it so much more. Never going back to WW. I only ever used WW online and never attended in person meetings.

Go for it! I have pre-diabetes and I am trying to lose weight and make changes so it doesn't progress. It really is a scary diagnosis but it sounds like you are on the right track to manage it.

I love them but the others are right. Preparing them by rinsing very well, drying them with paper towel, then drying them out in a frying pain makes all the difference. Also they smell like bad fish when you first open the bag and that's normal. Ignore it. It goes away if you rinse them very well. I've used them only in…
