I get up around 4 pm and eat "breakfast" which isn't really breakfast foods, just like a light lunch type food. Go to work at 7 pm and eat my bigger meal around 2 am. Get off work at 730 am. Then I usually have something before I go to bed at 8 am. Usually this consists of more traditional breakfast food.

Getting geared up to get this show on the road. I'm planning to do my starting weight tomorrow. I'm a little nervous because my weight loss has really stalled this past month so I hope it's better in April. I would feel horrible if I don't lose much or any. I want us to win! Anyone else feeling nervous?

Cookie dough, cinnamon and apple pie in that order. I eat at least one Quest bar per day, usually for breakfast. BTW I recently tried the pumpkin and it's horrible. I usually love pumpkin anything so I bought a whole box without trying one. Mistake!

Night shifter here. Here is what I do. When I get up at 4pm, that starts my day. I end my day at 8am the next day but record it all under previous day. Repeat. I have mine set for 4 meals and a snacks one.

I think people at work first commented when I had lost about 25 pounds or so. I usually don't mention I've noticed someone lost weight unless I know they are trying though so some may have noticed and not said anything.

Yes! I ditched WW a few days after finding MFP. I'm losing more weight here, the community is more supporting and I feel like I'm learning how to eat real food. I love MFP.

I start logging a new day when I wake up at 4pm. I log all the food for my day under the day it begins.

Boiled eggs. I feel like gagging just thinking about them. The texture of egg yolks is a non-food item and the slimy, firm white part is shudder worthy. Oh, one more. Kettle Corn. I tried some once and threw out the whole bag because I thought it was spoiled. Nope, that's just the way it tastes.

I'm 47 and I still have about 60 pounds to go. Here for the long haul.

I drink 20 oz of water before each meal for a total of 60 oz. That's the pure water I drink but I also have diet soda and tea so overall I'm getting more liquids than that.

My day runs from 4 pm until 8 am the next day. It all gets charted under the day it was when I started at 4 pm. Coffee. I hate the flavor and don't understand how anyone could like it. It makes me shudder just to smell it. Collard greens are disgusting and bitter. Also anything that's pickled besides cucumbers is an abomination. Oh, one more thing. Goat cheese. WTF? It tastes like goats smell.

I prep raw veggies, salads and fruits for the whole week. When I cook something I only leave enough in the fridge for 2 days and freeze the rest.
