3rd Shifters- how do you log?

Do you log your "day" split between 2 days, or do you log a new day for your "day"? I occasionally find it confusing to log my "day" split between 2 days... Making sure that I get enough calories to compensate for my exercise is where I get the most confused...

    I log when i wake up as a new day. Seems less confusing plus i dont eat at work so less confusion lol.

    I think I'm going to start logging a new day when I wake up too... :)

    I start logging a new day when I wake up at 4pm. I log all the food for my day under the day it begins.

    Yeah I use to do a new day when I woke up. It was confusing when I started but it worked in the long run. Worked 7 or 9 pm to 6am.
