I weigh myself twice a week (Wed, Sun)... it's far enough apart that I usually have at least a little loss and I don't have to wait a full week for another weigh-in.

I found the first week or so of eating less to be brutal... but once your body adjusts to eating less, it gets easier because your body craves less. Also, if you drink lots, especially with meals, you feel full quicker.

My wife and I have been together for 7 years and never once passed gas in front of each other... I totally agree that it's just a courtesy.

Add me too! I always share my food diary and I'm always looking to motivate others and get a little support. I've lost 75% of my weight loss goal and once I finally hit my goal, maintaining will be a whole new challenge.
