I was just suggesting saving it for a cheat. Sorry if I worded it in a confusing manner! It doesn't have to be a cheat. If working it into your daily allotted calories works for you, then do that! I was just suggesting a way to make it a weekly treat instead of a daily option, as that works better for other people.

I've never been much of a pop drinker, but a lot of the girls I work with are working to kick the habit. They do flavored sparkling water. It's zero calories, but then you still get the flavor and the carbonation that you would get with pop. You can get cans of it at the store to grab and go!
