I don't drink pop,I drink water about 150 oz a day,I have a water cooler so it makes it easy. I eat dinner and I am now going to throw in snacks.

I am going to change things and make it a 1200 a calorie day intake. I do the shakes because they are convient and good and I'm getting some nutrition. Mornings are busy trying to get my girls off to school and to work and lunch time I come home,let my dog out and go back to work,there's just not much time for food…

I usually eat a better dinner that that night,but I wasn't hungry because there was so much going on. I do the shakes for breakfast and lunch but eat dinner so that wasn't a normal day.
