@SModa61 yes I too was born in 1961. Pulling my back muscles was an eye opener. As I aged, how I carry my weight has changed. I'm much more top heavy than I used to be in my younger days. I know that the extra pounds on top strains my back muscles more. Plus it means that I need to get exercising more to strengthen my core.

@ridiculous59 yes, I am feeling better. like @WThyme I'm still not moving at my norm without little aches here and there, but TONS better than I was! Thanks all for suggestions!

56 and I too wore sweatpants at Christmas. I hurt my back 2 weeks ago and finally feeling better. Mentally I had to constantly tell myself to heal and give myself time. Im doing better and although 2 weeks off my plan, I will begin again with a positive attitude that I get from reading these posts!

like AnnPT77 i can really lose myself in artwork. i do write and journal but love coloring gives me something to do with my hands and keeps me focused on colors, rather than food. also like gardening

Wow! only 3 weeks til this year is over!! Im 181 and goal is to get into 170s. only 2 lbs but we all know how difficult it can be over Christmas! My reach is to get out of 180s FOREVER
