Have you tried slim fast the chocolate one I really like that one, I tried vanilla did not like it way too sweet for me.

I want a shake instead of food because right now I feel I can control my calories better that way than if I eat. I just gives me more control for now plus I feel if I don't have to think what to eat for breakfast I don't have any cravings. Thank you for the info. Right now I'm taking slim fast chocolate flavor I do enjoy the taste and I add a banana and ice to make it thicker. Just wanted to know if there's was something else out there.
