  • Hello all, Pass #2 today. Today, I didn't do any formal exercises. However, I got plenty in the past 2 days. I also took the calories 30% above the budget. I tracked everything but today was a rest day all around. I also need to work on staying hydrated. Have a successful day tomorrow.

  • Yes x3 today. Resistance training early and then a 2-hour hike through hilly terrain. I still have not forgotten some old habits. 1 scoop of Cappuccino chocolate chip ice cream. :blush: 350 calories. Tracked and in the budget! I hope everyone is having a good weekend.
