  • @peabean26 @KnitOrMiss I was hoping another woman would jump in on this, but ohh well. I'm 95% sure the standard medical advice is about 500 kcal extra PER DAY for a breastfeeding mom. I think you should do a bit of research and make sure you're eating enough kcal to stay healthy at this point.

  • Went and got my body fat measured with a Bod Pod today. Lost 2.9% (9.7 lbs) of body fat and gain 1 lb of lean mass! Went in December when I wanted to get a starting point, but didnt realy start the diet and exercise until 6 weeks ago. Im very excited to see the progress on paper.

  • I take Krav Maga classes 4 times a week, which includes at least one sparring and or ground fighting class. Lift 1-2x a week and walk an average of 2 miles total back and forth to work.

  • 2 or less. I have been doing IF for about 5 years now and don't feel hungry at all until noonish anymore. If I work out before I go to the office, I have my BCAA's, but I don't count that as a meal since it doesn't truly break the fast. I also have 2 cups of coffee with 1/2 a truvia packet in each every morning.
