No problems with sleep and water, I was laid off a few weeks ago and have been sleeping like 8-9 hours a night. I typically drink between 3-4 liters a day, so that not an issue. I try to bump the Calories up a couple hundred a day.

TDEE = 2400 with 1.2 modifier, and trying to hit a 15% defict, which is 2040 a day, plus exercise. I'm usually with in a hundred Calories of my goal.

9/28 - 197.2 - 25.45% (147 Lean) - Still pretty flat overall, but I have had a few bad weeks lately and getting back here is a plus. Calmed down the partying a bit, so lets see what happens in the next few months

Are you sure you're not eating too little? How often are you at the gym and what are you doing? If you do not eat enough while killing yourself at the gym, you won't lose faster. It's counter intuitive, but that's generally how it works.

I think the general rule of thumb is anything under 50 Calories is considered fasting. Maybe change to a teaspoon instead of a tablespoon?

9/7 - 198.0 - 25.7% (147 Lean) - Bump back up - Same story for me. I think I have to ride out the summer as my focus has been on having fun and dating, instead of exercising and eating strict. Once it turns colder, I think I'll change the focus back around.

8/31 - 196.6 - 25.2% BF (147 lean) - Still flat - Ate an entire medium pizza Sunday to help with a raging hangover, its been the biggest cheat I've had since March. Same as last week, need to cut down the summer fun a bit.

8/24 - 196.6 - 25.2% BF (147 Lean) - Well, 3 days of not drinking definitely helps. Im not drinking the rest of the week, so I think I'll get a true idea of what my true weight is with out the inflamed hangover state.

8/18 - 198.0 - 25.8% BF (147 Lean) - Back up this week - I need to curb the drinking, I think that is whats been holding me back. Its keto approved booze, but Ive been doing 4-5 nights a week due to dating and social activities....or I could take up running to make up the difference.

I've had fantastic success on this. I'm actually down 39 lbs since February. At one point, I was losing 2.5-3 lbs a week.

8/3 - 197.6 - 25.6% BF (147lbs lean) - Back on the loss train, although, I do keep bouncing around the 197 mark, maybe it's another one of my body's "set points". I had one at 210 until I finally broke through after a month.

7/27 - 199.8 - 26.4% BF - Bit of a rebound, had a couple carby meals this week, with one last night, so there may be some water retention.

7/13 - 200.8 - 25.7% BF (149 lbs lean mass) GW: 170ish - ~10% BF Still cruising along with the fat loss. Its about time for another BodPod measurement to get updated numbers and make sure my lean number is still accurate.

7/6 - 204.2 - 27% BF (149 lbs lean mass) I actually say 203.2 earlier this week, but I think I am holding a bit of stress weight from a couple of awful days at the office.
