Finally fit into my old favorite jeans again! Officially a 35 waist again7

For me a great NSV has been that I can finally have other goals and priorities than losing weight. This year I even made a new years resolution that was different than losing weight.
It's nice to focus my attention on making other dreams happen, knowing that the weight has been lost. That there is so much more than that. It is very freeing, and can even be so much fun.

I'm not hungry ALL THE TIME! It is so nice!!!!7

I've pulled 2 pairs of size 16 pants out of my closet and they both fit! I think I might try the rest tonight and bag up my bigger size 18s for donation (I'll keep the smaller ones for now).
Also, the t-shirt I was wearing yesterday used to be super snug and too short because it was so snug. Yesterday it was long enough to reach my thighs and baggy...10 -

I'll try to feel sorry for you... Nope, can't do it!
Admit it, you can't wait to go clothes shopping.

@Fvaisey hahaha I usually hate clothes shopping as usually have to go into the plus size shops, but being able to go into any shop and find something nice to wear will be a great feeling.4

An inch off my belly this morning. That makes for a very happy Natty.8

I noticed today that I have actual visible muscle definition in my arms and shoulders. Had to do a double take! I admit it. I flexed my biceps for the bathroom mirror.9

My NSV is that I finally got my husband on board after doing this WOE since Feb. He has lost 10 lbs since 2 weeks ago. He also realizes when we eat carby foods (this weekend) that we are hungry almost immediately after. But after eating LCHF all day there is no need to binge snack at 8pm!9

Awesome NSVs.
Plus the kids and I must eat gluten free due to celiac so there are very very few restaurants or relatives who can cook safely for us. I have to cook and bake while we travel, plus all the packing and cleaning before we go. A vacation is usually MORE work. LOL
I hear you! Husband and I eat gluten free, plus I eat LCHF (and am just beginning a dairy elimination as a test) - traveling or even just eating out can be a real pain sometimes because of the food prep that goes into it. We'll be traveling for several days with teen & pre-teen grandkids in a couple of weeks. Should be a riot, except for the food part - they usually eat SAD except when with us.

Tried on my wedding dress this weekend (which I ordered in a size 14), and it zipped up all the way and fit nicely. When I was trying dresses on, the 16W could not zip fully, but I knew I was going to lose some poundage so I ordered it in a 14 and it now fits!17

Bought shorts this weekend...size smaller than I normally buy!10

I did 100Km ride yesterday with some friends. It was a blast as an experience and as a challenging ride. There was over 3500 feet of climbing so it was a bit of work for 62 miles.

I did my measurements and I lost a whole inch off my chest (under my breasts) so I believe it was some back fat! I also lost 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch here and there in various other places i.e. thighs, upper arms.....but my belly was 1/2 inch bigger...bloat? Not sure, but not letting it get me down!12

Starting to notice more definition in my arms, one of my main problem areas. They've been flab bags for years, and for the first time in my adult life, I can see and feel muscle. Really encouraging.9

Trying to keep perspective as I round a milestone corner tomorrow... Ten years older, but still looking healthier, at least to me. Purple shirt was today, 7/12/16. Coral shirt is sometime in June or July of 2006...

LOL Teens eating GF who normally don't... That will be fun.
Have a good trip.0 -
After my 2.25hr yoga workout yesterday where I lay on the mat and tried to decide if I was dying or not, I noticed some abs coming in. I can't see them, because I still have some belly fat, but I sure could feel them. My obliques are awesome. Now to lose the belly so I can see them. Patience.8

Such great work everyone!
My latest NSVs have been trying on two pairs of pants I've been saving for years in the hopes of fitting in...only to find I missed my window of opportunity and they are now too big! I've also became confident enough to go on trail runs in shorts instead of capris. I'm also much less self conscious in sleeveless tops. Another fun thing is that I found some dresses my daughter used to wear to church and they fit me nicely!9
