For me, my losses are far more in the inches/fat losses arena, so this would look kind of crazy for me.
Heaviest Weight (at doctor, was higher but unmeasured in same year): 319
LC Starting weight was 260-265
Lowest weight (last year, while low carbing): 240
Current weight: 255.2
Goal weight - not a number - just want to feel good, look good, be able to be active, etc. It will be under 200...
I don't know that I will weigh in on Wednesdays or at all regularly, as I tend to way in Saturday or Sunday, when I've actually had enough sleep overnight...8 -

I joined the Keto life on April 18th and it's been the best thing I could have done!
I want to get back into a size 12. I've never been smaller than that and having been at such a high weight when I do lose back under 200 I'll have a lot of extra skin that will never allow me to be a smaller size unless I have it removed. I've thought of it, just never pulled the trigger.10 -
Doesn't have to be a literal Wednesday weigh in... Meant more like a weekly weigh in... Mine just happens to fall on Wednesday and I liked how it sounded... alliteration is nice... LOL

I'm not going to post my weight because I was never that overweight to begin with. For me it was bf%. I know the home scales aren't so accurate, but they'll be constantly inaccurate. My starting was 19.8% bf with BMI of 26.7. I don't really care for BMI, it's not a sound reckoning. I'm not a woman for a start.
Anyway, my bf is 17.3% and the BMI says 25.4. I lost 10lbs in the first two weeks. I'm trying to get back into regularly hitting the gym - I find it difficult to home study and gym.
I need to get back to 90kg squat which is what it was at before knee surgery.5 -

I actually weigh daily. It helps me keep accountable to myself. The second goal is my planned keto "bulk", after I kill the fat, that involves a lot of pick things up and put them down. I know my lean mass (148 lbs) due to regular bod pod readings, so BF% is more my true goal than an actual weight.

50 pound loss since starting LC 10 months ago

I'm thinking I may be at my goal weight...ultimately I wanted to get down to 150 but I haven't lost any weight since April. Well, I take that back, I got down to 179.8 on May 4 but I've been bouncing around the 185 mark all along. My logging is non-existent and I know I don't follow low carb as closely as I had been at the beginning. I'm fine maintaining through the summer I think. I do exercise most days. I feel pretty good in my size 10 pants and medium shirts. I do have quite a bit of loose skin but that's from weighing almost 300 pounds before I underwent gastric bypass surgery in 2008. That will never go away without surgery. I was able to get down to 160 after surgery but that weight slowly crept back because...well...life. I'm ashamed I let myself get back up to 234. I didn't want to be one of "them people" that has surgery and then gains all the weight back.7 -

The first two weeks I was doing LCHF/Protein Power I was eating around 2000 calories a day, this week I wasn't as hungry and averaged more around 1400-1500 calories, still eating my full 50 net carbs... I think I might have found my caloric sweet spot... And I had a whoosh despite being VERY PMS and bloated right now... Shark week is late (on day 40 something of my cycle), which is normal for me, but makes for a long PMS...

I've noticed a trend in my weight loss that it stops for a few days, and maybe even goes up a pound, and then suddenly drops, and then repeats the cycle. I understand that water weight and by mere fact of whether your body has gotten rid of that dinner you ate makes a difference. I don't know if anybody else experiences that or not.3
