  • I'd see a doctor if it continues just to be safe rather than end up hurting something and not be able to exercise! And remember the best exercise is a good diet you can lose weight simply from eating healthy non processed food until it feels better!
  • My best friend has this problem and doing heavy leg exercises such as squats deadlifts and lunges help but cardio is a must unfortunately! HIIT training is helpful but I've found running works the best at getting rid of fat and toning if you don't have knee problems!
  • Yes! Squats will do a butt good if you have any knee problems a leg press machine is much better because it take pressure of the joint but any glute exercises you look up will work stick with weighted exercises rather than just body weight if you really want to gain the muscle
  • I have the charge HR and it is perfect for someone who simply wants to know their heart rate and track their steps and calories throughout the day, the fitbit website breaks them down into categories for lifestyle fitness athletic etc so it might help you decide based on your goals
  • A gym membership is a great way to start! Usually when you sign up they give you a free mini personal training session but at the very least they should be required to show you how to use the equipment safely always ask questions if you aren't sure how to use something thas what they are there for! Using barbells AND free…
  • Yes use the machines! They might only target specific muscles but building any muscle will help with toning it just takes time dumbells or ketlebells are good you can look up tons of exercises online for them, body weight exercises will help too
  • I agree ^^ I found that I was eating healthy but was still way over eating and consuming more calories than I was burning even when working out, your macros seem good to burn fat try adding more cardio if you still aren't seeing results that's the only thing that works for me to lose the extra fat unfortunately!
