Today it was pretty easy because I can fit it into my class schedule. I have an awkward 1 hour break between classes that's not really good for anything else. Because it is a weird time, the workout room is usually open.

Right now probably a 5 or a 6. I'm going to listen to some relaxing music while I do homework to help reduce stress.

If there isn't anything healthy at any of the stations, there is usually still salad, so I'd say the cafeteria does okay. Nutritional info is not readily available, but it isn't really practical to post it on every item offered in a buffet.
