I ended up losing the 4 pounds as well as 16.25 inches overall. Fair to midland, I guess. I'm happy with a loss instead of a gain or no progress, but I wish the loss showed in how my clothes fit/look. This is still good, I guess, with more losses to look forward to, I hope! Haven't checked in for a few days, but I'm still on my plan. Went to a get together Saturday evening and only had 6 plain shrimp (on my plan) and nothing else. Two straight days of 20,000+ steps, 11 straight days of being on this challenge, and 18 straight days on my current eating plan equals ??? In 8 more days at the end of this Challenge, I will weigh in and take my measurements to find out my results in those areas. Fingers crossed for a positive overall outcome!!!

Stuck to my eating plan, got in 16,000+ steps, and spent the day cooking to get my food ready for the week so that I won't be tempted to grab the wrong thing if I get hungry and there's nothing appropriate around. Glad I put in the effort, but now I'm exhausted. Good night!
