I have been adding more vegetables in with my meals and snacks. Rainbow challenge again...this is one area I need to constantly work on. Btw I haven't had access to a computer to post my minutes...which I can't do on my phone...but I'll be able to when I get home tonight.

Tried a new recipe from Pinterest for baked garlic Parmesan chicken, which called for lemon pepper as the spice. Turned out pretty good :)

Yes, and I'm anemic, which is causing me to have extreme fatigue. I could literally sleep for days and still be exhausted.

I'm feeling pretty frustrated right now. I recently found out that my suspicions were correct and that I have some health issues that are making it hard for me to lose weight. In fact I have gained weight recently instead of losing :(

I'll enter the rest of my minutes when I get home. Just finished a four day stretch of 13+ hour nights. This morning I had a c-section right at the end of shift, so super stressful night, but plan on working out to kill the stress instead of stress eating!

I went to a baby shower for a friend today. I had a couple desserts, but it was a tea party baby shower...so everything was super mini-size, so the damage was minimal. ;). Now, I gotta fit in a workout before bed.

Had a horrible headache today and almost decided to skip working out because of it. I took some excedrin and pushed through my workout ( got 47 minutes in even though I was just trying for at least 30min) and actually feel much better afterwards :) I know I haven't been posting much...basically because I usually work three…

Had a stressful night at work last night, so I caved and had something sugary. It's hard not to when cake and cookies are sitting in the break room and you see them every time you walk in. ;) Oh well, I'll try to do better at work tonight.
