I like running socks (Balegas are my first choice brand, kind of $$$ but worth it) over regular cotton ones - I have never gotten a blister from these and my feet can breathe in them.

Early morning spin classes are usually a small amount of cheerios and milk or a banana. I eat dinner about 1.5-2 hours before going to the gym at night and on weekends about 2 hours before heading to the gym (egg whites or eggs, toast or sweet potatoes and coffee).

I don't care for bananas that are baked in something (breads, cakes, pancakes), orange/chocolate combo, jello & whip cream parfait (yuck), jelly on or in anything.

Hello! I've been on MFP for a few years off and on and am once again facing the music with being accountable in order to lose the last 10lbs of baby weight (my baby is almost 4 years old, heh). Feel free to add me, I like looking at other food diaries so I can get ideas for meals.
