For a while, last year I was eating around 1200 net calories. I am active and 5'6.5" tall. It was not sustainable and led to binging and a reverse effect where I actually put on more weight. I strongly suggest finding other types of exercise you like so there can be variety. I get bored of the gym and running and especially weights (though never of dancing lol) but I find that if I switch it up, I am more motivated to go out and get it done consistently.

not go crazy over the holidays and work back up to running 5 miles in 45 minutes before starting triathlon training after Christmas

CW: estimated bc my scale broke but 130-135 GW: 120ish LW: 110- 115ish (i don't really weigh myself that much so I'm not sure) oh I'm 5'6"- not actually sure what goal weight is; more focused on fitting back into my jeans lol

Thanks for the replies y'all!! i think I will try that greek yogurt and oreos thing, it sounds good. I have decided that I am not going to plan a "dessert meal" specifically but I will let myself fit some desserts in my calories from time to time. I have found that it is pretty easy to fit a reasonable amount of anything…
