I feel like I have had a great week food and exercise wise, so I am excited to weigh in and see how that transfers to the scales, but Aunt Flow is visiting and I am a tad nervous since I normally don't lose that week.

@krenae312 I try not to get too caught up in calories, but I figure during this challenge I would try to stay under to give my weight loss a bit of a boost. @RaeBeeBaby I have mine set to 1/2 kg I have tried the 1200 cal intake and I lost quickly but it just wasn't sustainable for me so figured giving myself a higher…

I'm struggling with keeping my food under my goal intake, I was hoping not to eat back my exercise but I am thinking I might lower my base intake instead, so I eat less but don't feel "starved" on my super active days... any other suggestions?

Argh Easter time, I have fallen off the wagon a little today and no doubt after the bunny has visited, tomorrow will be the same... so glad it's all over before the challenge starts!!

Yes I need to work on drinking water too! It's cooling down here and I always find I forget about water when it's not so hot!!

@Roxmom3 this challenge will totally keep me on track in the weekends too :) I also plan to stop eating back my exercise calories, I'm not going to lower my base intake goal though otherwise I get hangry :D

I'm usually a Friday weigher, usually I am a little less strict with eating over the weekend so then I have the week to recover lol

I just wrote a nice long introduction but it disappeared!! Anyway, I am Jenni, I'm 26 and a mum to two boys and a dog, I study law and am about to start working part time. Ekk just thought I better update on here, I kind of abandoned the interval running as my bf decided to join me running but found the stop/start too hard on his knee... well I have managed to get up to 20 minutes straight running and that's about 3 km worth, won't be long to 5 km :)

I'm not much of a racer Aine but about the time I have completed this will be the start of netball session :) I have done runs 2 and 3 now, but I have a massive blister so it's hurting, hopefully it will heal quickly!!
