I get the Walmart brand bags of frozen veggies like broccoli and cauliflower for $1 per bag. This usually gets me 3-4 servings per bag. Walmart also marks down their rotisserie chicken at night which would make multiple meals. I would suggest looking on pinterest for cheap keto recipes. I would agree with the above post…
