You could estimate the amount and types of Ingredients and try to recreate it in the meal creation tab.

For every 25 lbs I will reward myself with a $250 budget on a new watch(es). I'm at 32 lbs right now so I owe myself a trip to the mall but I've been having fun searching online for ones I like.

"Thank you Jesus!" Indeed. I've been praying every morning thanking the Lord for renewed energy and strength to get thru the day of limiting my caloric intake, turning down tempting foods and getting my butt to the gym. Started here at 367 in Jamuary and weighed in at 334 this morning. You can do it. My mantra has become…

When I went down a notch on my belt rather than going up a notch. It's a good feeling to more comfortable in your clothes

I'm wondering if you have big family members? I have a lot of obesity in my family and so I keep thinking that whatever I do I could never look like this because of genetics. This all despite the fact my three siblings are all at a very healthy weight including my sister who has had 4 kids. I've got a lot of cousins,…

I started in January at 367. I check in every Monday. At my last check in I was 346. My 30th bday is Nov 5 and my personal goal is like yours to be below 300 by then. I'm certainly ahead of that pace but I've been losing fast and expect it to slow down here pretty soon

That's great man! I'm just a few years older than you but I started focusing on getting healthy in January at 367 pounds, already down 25 pounds. I can't wait to be able to get back in L-XL clothes. Keep posting up and I'll keep checking in

Awesome man, my starting weight was 367 and I came in at 341 the other day. I'm down a notch on the belts I wear and my 3X shirts are starting to feel looser. Can't wait to go back to my old 2X clothes and buy some new pants that don't sag even with a belt. Keep it up!

Think of the one crutch food you have and be willing to cut it out cold turkey. For me it was bacon. I loved making bacon and eggs, breakfast sandwiches, bacon and toast... You get the idea. I'd eat like 6-8 strips in one sitting, and they're packed with sodium and fat. Delicious? absolutely! But it's been about a month…

That's great man. I'm a little bit below where you started (367 in early January, 343 this morning) and am working at it everday. My mantra has become "It takes everday!" You're inspiring me that I can hit my weight loss goals too (aspire to get down to 200)
