Hey guys! I started at 263 and am down 20 lbs so far since the first of Feb. This is definitely not my first time in this predicament but I'm in the right frame of mind. Like others, the first time I lost the weight, I quickly became pregnant. ( I did look good!) I'd love the support as well.

Just for tomorrow (reassuring myself in advance ,) I'm going to not mindlessly eat at night. I'm also not going to complain OR talk about losing weight to anyone.....except maybe my husband. :)

My issue has never been daytime eating but always nighttime snacking born from a lot of food issues growing up. While I'm closer to 40, I'm in the same boat. I've lost thw weight once but in having a hard time not snacking at night (my weakness) and weekends are sooo hard for me! I've been at it now for almost a month and am doing ok. I'm aiming for 1.5 lbs a week. I'd love to stay connected to y'all!
