Shrimp and grits.

I do pretty good but it's really hard with peanut butter cups, and cheez it crackers. If I were to eat one cracker, I would eat the whole box.

That sounds yummy. I have seen it at the store but never paid any attention. Now I'll definitely have to try it.

I absolutely love my air fryer. Made "fried" okra in it just yesterday. One of my favorite things to cook in there is turkey tenderloin. Cornish hens are yummy too. Oh, squash! Sweet potato fries! I could go on and on.

I love my Fitbit. It's been a huge part of my new lifestyle, but you have to do what works for you.

It's a Cabernet savignon (did I spell that right?) port style, raspberry and chocolate. It's made at a little winery in the middle of nowhere about 7 minutes from my house. If they happen to be out of that the caramel, chocolate orange, or coffee are all wonderful as well. Serving of that type of wine is 3 oz at about 80…

I have a couple of glasses usually on Friday and Saturday night. I just fit it into my calories. I make that easier by not eating back exercise calories most of the time. My problem is that the wine I like is probably the highest calorie wine out there (of coirse).

I weigh every couple of weeks and when I see the number has gone down, that is all the reward I need. I am so happy that it s going down, no matter how far down it went.

Female 1200 plus a few exercise calories occasionally.

I tell people I lowered my calories and started exercising. They loose interest almost immediately. I guess that doesn't sound like a fun way to loose.

I love cooking ground turkey with onions and mushrooms. Then I add some pasta sauce and serve over baked spaghetti squash. If you haven't tried it, you need to. It's delish!

Are you eating back any of your exercise calories?
-
Wow, I wish I got that.
-
Leftover collards, black eyed peas, and baked chicken.

I know exactly how you feel. I get compliments all the time about my weight loss, and it makes me really uncomfortable. I wish no one would say anything at all.

I run alone sometimes, but not in any secluded areas, not at night, and not with headphones. I'm paranoid of every car that goes by and looks lol.

I never listen to anything. For one, I like to be aware. Mostly I like the sound of my feet hitting the road, the wind, leaves rustling, birds chirping, and things like that. My mind wanders constantly though. What am I cooking tonight? What kind of tacky seater should I make this year? How should I decorate the table for…

I like to grilled chicken tenders brushed with a little Italian dressing and Worcestershire, steamed broccoli , and fresh corn. That should be under 400. I also like grilled or baked salmon with sweet potato and asparagus. Yummy! White chicken chili is really good, and low calorie too.

Congratulations!

My next 5 k is in December. It's a tacky sweater 5k, and I am excited about that part of it also. This will be my 5th one. My goal is just to run the whole time. I ran the entire last one, but this one is a cross country with lots of hills. I learned the hard way that cross country running and road running are NOT the same.

I just finished it last week. I'm going to start the 10k soon. I'm loving it!

Sounds like you are doing great. Keep up the good work!

You really would get a workout at my house. Tarantulas are a hobby of mine. I have a whole room full of them. :)

Love my Ninja!

Black bean and portobello burgers, sweet potatoes, and steamed broccoli.

So many adorable dogs here!

I've had mine since February. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

Which Fitbit do you have?

A dog thread? Count me in! I have a French bulldog named Twiggy. She isn't much of an athlete though, more of a couch potato type.

It's my morning to run, and I slept horrible last night. I'm REALLY not feeling it, so I know exactly what you mean. I'm going to finish my coffee and go for it. Hopefully I'll make it. Don't beat yourself up about it. There is nothing wrong with taking a day off now and again.
