I run a 14:40 minute mile (I'm a relatively new runner) and am happy as a clam that i can do it. I get a little faster as I keep running... congrats on your 1.5 mile run! I'm here to make all the rest of you look even faster ;)

I make a big batch at once then freeze them. I bake 18-20 eggs on a sheet pan, let them cool completely then cut into squares. lol dangit.. it's sucking me in more. I never played pokemon when i was younger, so unfamiliar with all the nuances of the game, I just think the creatures are cute and it's fun. I'll have to see if I can become better at the game so i can maybe win at the gym at some point

try slowing down.. even if you think you could walk faster then you run. It will help a lot. You will speed up as you keep building your base.

It shouldn't. I often go over in one area or another, it happens. As long as you are on target in your overall calories, you should be good. (you may retain water if over on sodium or when some people overdo carbs, but that's water weight and will go away)

I was already feeling like crap physically, hated how I looked, hated when I was forced to buy new clothes, and then I held a major pity party this Valentine's Day because I was alone. Again.
