  • How long have you start to work out? I have been one of those that say I'm going to work out then give up cause everyone is eating out and huge comfort food. this time, I'm going to pretend it's another job or a favor that I can't call in or say no to.
  • I just started working out and changing food also. I keep hearing breakfast is very important. I found some cool overnight oatmeal recipes that include chia seeds, yogurt and fruit. I had my 1st one this morning which was kind of different but yummy. today I will start on zumba.
