If you are craving chocolate I have a yummy treat idea! Mix a little cocoa powder with some heaving whipping cream (Or full fat milk) and pour over the frozen fruit. It freezes the cream and makes a sweet treat :) Just don't use too much heaving whipping cream since it is very high in fat. Thanks for opening up to everyone…

I am not a coach or trainer but I do remember someone telling me about why you shouldn't go down all the way in squats sometimes. Depending on your range of motion you hit a sticking point at the bottom where it makes it harder to efficiently finish the rep. You should look up more info because I don't remember exactly…

I would definitely check around for another crossfit gym. There are so many amazing gyms out there and you shouldn't stay at a place that you are uncomfortable at. I have hopped around to a few crossfit gyms oil I found the perfect one with a great community. Good luck!
