My daughter it an athlete. She does a sport every season. She always gets a stinking BMI letter sent home from school since her weight is high for her height but she is all muscle. I have never seen anyone with less fat on them. So use a scale until you start gaining muscle then use a tape measurer.

I try to walk on my treadmill 20-30 minutes 2 times a week. I lift for an hour 1-2 times a week. I wish I could go to the gym everyday. I watch my diet and my waist. But, I just moved back to the Philly area and the cheesesteaks are killing me!

Calories "in" has to be less than calories "out" in order to lose weight. If you eat the same amount or more you will never lose weight. I lost 35 pounds 3 years ago. Exercise and eating healthy. Also remember your body naturally wants to maintain its weight. So you may feel even more hungry after hitting the gym. Be aware…
