If you don't take a rest day your not letting your muscle recover. Hence when you exercise and have that sore feeling is bc you have small micro tears in the muscle (normal) that needs time to recover.

I like to shred mine and out on the stove as if it's pulled pork! I shred it put in pan with some olive oil until brownish. Then add bbq sauce!! It's delish!! I also peel it , slice with a mandolin bake and use as nachos!!!!

I love turkey meatballs!!!!!! I prep those. I do chicken and veggies. I only do 4 days. But I also only work 4 days a week. Crockpot is great!!! I use it for pulled pork;)
