No judging! I was up at 3am, no makeup, but my teeth are brushed. Love this thread! So many cool and really good looking people on here!

I love running! It becomes addictive once you get to where your muscles aren't sore any more. Makes sure you have good shoes made for running though, it makes a world of a difference. When I started running a few years back I was 240lbs. So you can imagine I didn't have a lot of stamina. Started out a mile at a time.…

Smile, eyes, boobs, legs, butt,.... Pretty well in that order. But if there's no personality, all the above is void.

I'm 40, and boy is it so much harder now then when I was 35 to get those extra pounds off. Muscle gain is easy, love handles on the other hand is a different story.

I'm up to 5000 steps before 9am most days. I'm lucky enough to have a job where I'm in my feet a lot. Average about 17,000 sets a day without trying. Going up and down stairs for 20 min is a decent cardio plus get some good cal burning steps in. 4000 steps take no time at all when doing stairs.

The cals they suggest I should consume I don't even get within 400 of on most days. No body measurement although my cloths are definitely more loose. I don't have a scale to weigh my food, or a set of calipers. And to be honest I don't think most average joes have them. But I would assume if a pack of oatmeal says it has…

So I should be eating back exercise cals? I thought I was doing good with the exercise on getting into cal defficit by a few hundred. I am very honest on cal logging and exercise. Just a little frustrated at a 2lb gain. The app has me at 107g. of protein a day. Is this a good amount?

Was born here, just moved back after being away for 20 years. Getting back into shape takes a lot of work, but is so worth it. I just found this app, and am really happy I did. Hope it helps with the progress.
