Hi I find if you change your work outs regulary mix things up . It stops boredom setting in . Also run or cycle outside rather than the gym . Eat fresh and ditch the sugar Cameron

I will be 48 this year and ran my first marathon at 45 . All i can say is get a good training programme and get out and run . Its hard work but very rewarding on the day . The weight will come off . Good luck
