  • I was a size 20. Now I'm between a 12 and a 14. This shows a loss of 60 lbs. It took me about 15 months to get where I am now (a slow, safe 4-5 lbs per month), so it won't happen overnight, but it's definitely possible and worth it. I wish you the best of success!
  • I made the sesame salmon recipe, but I don't like salmon, so I used an ahi tuna filet. I made roasted bok choy and spiralized cucumber salad to go with it.

  • I've been consistently losing about 5 pounds per month. If I managed to keep that rate up, I would lose 40 more pounds by my wedding. However, I'm not as overweight as I used to be, so I'm assuming I might hit a plateau. Maybe a more realistic goal would be 30 more pounds before my wedding?
