  • US sizes. I'm 5'5 and 140 pounds. Usually 7-8 in pants I'm not sure if I've gone down at all. Medium to large in shirts. Medium to large in dresses and I'm not sure last time I checked was 11 but I weighed 170 so I don't know. Sorry, hope I helped! I kind of have a big frame too.

  • Sort of, but I still stay in my calorie goal. If I do have a cheat day it's so hard to make up for it

  • My sweet tooth kills me! Try mock ice cream, or protein ice cream (I don't have the recipes on me, but you can find it in forums or online). Try eating fruits instead, I also like fiber one 90 calorie brownies, or fiber one chocolate granola bars. I heated up a fiber one brownie and put a scoop of ice cream on top, not bad!
  • Taking the baby on walks in a stroller can help, just moving around in any way does. I know it's hard, plus when the baby is old enough (probably 9-12 months) you can start taking them to the park and doing small things.
