Calorie count im guessing 500/600 not a good idea go for cereals less milk, no tea/coffee lots of water and protein meals, still overall not a good idea, u wont have hardly any energy for exercise

Dont give up everything, it doesnt work long term cut down on tea, coffee etc.. Reduce portions, log everthing, im male 5'8" and im on 1500 calories and im losing 1kg every two/3 weeks, no exercise except my job keeps me moving, good luck

Portion control is a major factor, and when your not hungry stop eating, even if there is good on your plate. I am 5'8" male and i am on 1500 calories i have lost 5kg in about 4 months without exercising, although my job does leave me tired at the end of the day so i suppose thats my exercise., i.m currently losing 1kg…
