As of today I've lost 4 inches off my waist (33 to 29). Also, my calves have always been huge, but today I noticed they just barely touch when I stand with my feet completely together!

Collarbones and waist, which is nice. But my boobs and butt too :( my hips and thighs aren't shrinking at the same rate and it's frustrating

My current goal is to be a healthy BMI, which is <140 lbs. Currently I'm 146 but I've been slacking :neutral: After that my goal will be to get into a size 6/7 (currently a comfortable 8/9) which is the smallest I can remember being!

20 lbs down and my dad finally noticed & told me I was getting skinny ☺️ I've still got like 40 lbs to goal, so im far from skinny, but it was nice to hear!

Bought a size M belt! It fits, but only on the first notch, lol Also this is totally scale related but I made it to the 150s and have stayed under 160 most of the week!

There's a big difference! You look narrower. Your tummy has gone down, your collarbones are more prominent, and your face and neck seem slimmer! Good work!

My smallest size 10s fit comfortably today and I'm on my smallest belt loop!

I can see my collarbones :) also, I signed up and worked out at a gym yesterday for the first time ever and I actually enjoyed it!

Went over cals yesterday- didn't beat myself up for it, making up for it today, and happily looking forward to my weigh-in on Saturday ☺️
