I also want to add I also am usually very skeptical about anything like weight loss supplements but I did a lot of research and decided to try them and also, I haven't spent very much money at all on them. I found great prices.

Well when I originally lost the weight it was with diet and running 90minutes 3-4 days a week and it took about 2 1/2 months.
