Good start to the program. Calories in check, exercise (always in check) but still weighed in at the same weight. Its ok...although it does not reflect on the scale, I can tell other places already. Well today was the final day of the Biggest Loser competition at work. On January 15th I weighed in at 206.4 and today I weighed out at 185.5. Not done yet! My ultimate goal...to be able to see my six pack...I know its in there! ;) Feeling a little bit on the Superman side!!!!
