I work a night shift so unfortunately I can either go for an hour right before work and be exhausted and try to throw cases all night or go on the weekend's, but I usually lift then, I do love kickboxing though it's great cardio for me

i work a night shift from 7 to 3 am and i wake up around 2, i never want to get out of bed and go work out before work cause i have a physical job and i know I'm gonna be exhausted and not have any energy to work
