This is a great post. Also, if you do ballet exercises, youtube has a bunch of ballet cardio workouts it will help give your legs a longer leaner look.

I got on the scale today I'm 126 pounds! It might go back to 127 tomorrow but for now I'm happy.

@alf1163 I'm working out two to three times a week at the gym. I vary my workout sometimes I do the weights and sometimes I do the classes (yoga, barre, Zumba, Pilates, PiYo.) I'm eating as clean as possible and am trying to learn as much as I can about nutrition. Your workout schedule sounds amazing!!!

Add me. I just joined today and I need a lot of motivation not to eat cookies and chocolate. I really want to look in in a bikini this summer and the three pounds of fat I need to lose doesn't seem to want to go.

I'd like to join ;) I'm a 47 year old female: 5'1 and 127 pounds. I workout two to three times a week and have a pretty active lifestyle. My goal is to lose three to five pounds of fat and gain three pounds of muscle. I'm having a hard time staying motivated and could use a nice group like this.
