If I don't eat breakfast I'm starved long before my first break. If I do eat breakfast I feel sick. I've found that shakes fill me up until I can wait for my break and they don't upset my stomach. Different things work for different people. So what works for you and don't let people force you into doing things their way.

I bought a bento box from the grocery store for my lucnh today. 430 calories for four spicy California rolls and three vegetable crab spring rolls. I also have some snapea crisps for a total of 550 calories for lunch.

I have slimfast for breakfast only because I hate eating in the morning, most stuff upsets my stomach right after I wake up and the stuff that doest, doesn't fill me up. I know something needs to go into my stomach, so I have a slimfast. Mostly because it's premade and I'm too lazy to make my own. Otherwise most diet pills…

I bought a fitbit charge on Wednesday and returned it today. Myfitnesspal and S Health worked just as well and much cheaper. I liked how it tracked my sleep but it wasn't enough to want to keep it. Can't find the Canadians because we need a layer of fat to stay warm during the winter. Saskatchewan here, where it rains and snows at the same time. Makes for great diving conditions.
