If you are not going to eat anything at all, the sugar in 3-6 Ensures is not going to matter at all. It is a good option if you can't eat or even to supplement your diet if you are eating.

Macro and Micro nutrients should be your priority if you want to get serious about this weight thing. Leave those foods you crave elsewhere I say. It's safe to assume they are trash or you wouldn't ask about it.

I am currently just as dedicated on weekends as I am on weekdays. I used to give myself some junk but I just worry all night afterwards that I broke the health trend and tomorrow It'll be all junk again. Because of the worry, I just don't feel like it's worth it to eat junk any more.

You should probably try to get your micros and protein daily even if you have fat to lose. That's usually how I play it. If I was at my optimal body fat %, I'd force myself to eat.

I do the guided setup every time I lose a pound. Every pound lost changes your daily caloric goal.

I find logging the foods before I eat them helps a lot. I see the numbers and then put an item or 2 in the fridge for later. I used to log at the end of the day when it's too late to make changes. I lost 7 pounds in the last 8 days, fat and water most likely from watching my sodium way more than I did.

I just do dumbell exercises with no weight at high speeds with a ton of reps, like 6 sets of 100 reps hammer curls for example.

mostly fruits and veggies so it's safe to assume your potassium is fine. Unless you have 4 kilos of pus in you, I'd have to go with water if you poop often. If it was me, I'd go doctoring now though since you say you have problems like bad circulation.

maybe the food is just sitting in your body longer before being expelled as waste, the new muscles you are working out are probably storing more of everything other than water too
