Did you actually get allergy tests done? I thought the same thing as you and it turned out to be non food environmental allergies causing the issues. I was so worried about possible food allergies, it really calmed me down when I found out it was something that could be fixed just by telling someone to spend a few bucks…

Hell no I can't, I mean in theory, I could. I am one of those fit fat guys with all their fat around their belly. I used to think who cares if I'm 250, I'm in better shape then most thin people and I get to eat as much as I want. Then I read one of those studies saying you're worse off then people with fat on their legs…

This was actually something I was wondering as well, sounds like it could be beneficial to eat all your stuff early in the day so your body has access to all the micros and macros constantly. I was worried I would just poop most of it out instead of absorbing it.

Is this the first time this happened? I know it is the first time you tried pilates, but has it happened with similar stuff? If it just happened that one time, I'd assume it was just coincidence that it happened on the floor and try again.

These sound like realistic numbers to me as well. But in the end, all that matters in my mind is can I function at -2lbs a week? If so, that is where the thing is going till I meet my goal. That was to answer your last post about going back to -2lbs.

In my mind, exercise is not required for weight loss is true. Exercise being worse for weight loss however is false.

You work full time and have 3 kids and lost 4-6 pounds in 3 weeks. Work and 3 kids with no live in nanny = weight gain for me. Your results sound great.

I noticed a difference just 2 days ago when I hit the 17lbs lost mark. That was the first time I looked in the mirror and said whoa, I really notice it now.

It's possible they were over training, I've been experimenting with exercise and I found if I did 3 hours of walking a day, I got so hungry that I couldn't resist eating. For my body, currently, it seems like around 500 cals worth of exercise per day is the sweet spot.

It seems accurate for me, -1000 cals a day = 7000 cals a week. 3500 cals burned = 1lb of fat

Eating 1400 cals and exercising 30 mins most days is going to cut fat, you can be sure of that.

Sounds like you are perfect right now honestly, you are burning about 1 hours worth of cardio a day which is strong and healthy I think. Your BMI is right in the middle of healthy which is where I'm aiming. Maybe a change of environment is what you really need, including the people around you.

The doctor said don't worry about it at this point, probably just stress. I just noticed I was taking in 3000mg or more when I started logging my diet on here. Cardio seems to have gotten rid of the high blood pressure though. The Doc says my health is great.

I found staying away from anyone who eats out and not watching tv helped quite a bit. I find being around people who are less dedicated than you is a recipe for failure. Must be pretty rough though. 1440 Cals is what I get, which is 40 more than OP and I still have to down capsules.
