Here's my slight progress (in a horrible revealing bikini, hence the extreme cropping  ) I've lost about 40 lbs between pictures but naturally I have a smaller waist vs hips so I think I lost weight there first.

Add me! I have lost about 38 pounds since April 2016 and I am looking to lose at least 30 more pounds. It is amazing how much support and accountability will make a difference!!

Tortilla with one TBSP of PB and a sliced banana

I typically eat more as well but as previous commenters mentioned, it's mostly emotional eating. As a stay at home mom I try go stay out of the kitchen and keep busy elsewhere. The water retention is what kills me!!

Phenomenal! So inspiring!!

My mini goal is to drop the 5 pounds I gained in December to get back down to my lowest recent weight of 194.

I've lost about 40 in 2016, I am hoping to lose about 40!

Stay at home momma here (unless you count PTSA and play dates, which kind of feel like a job sometimes lol). I have a 6 yr old son and 4 yr old daughter. I've lost about 40 pounds in the last 7 months or so, I'd love to love at least 30 more.

I am so sorry for your losses. Usually I adopt the "just keep swimming" mentality to consistently track my food, especially when I am at a low point. And I am sure you remember how easy it is to stay on point once some weight starts coming off. "I am kinda alone with it", maybe this is where you can make a change? Do you…

Ditto to above. I will say though when I drink (even just one or two drinks), I tend to make bad food choices. Not saying you're like me, but I find I retain more water and go over my calorie goals with alcohol. Alcohol is the reason I am at a standstill (scale-wise) right now. It's hard being a party animal

37 lbs lost. One year between pics.

Almost a year between pics. About 35lbs lost so far.

Are you sure it's not the caffeine? I tend to feel that way if I have coffee on an empty stomach (or small snack)
-
Same with me but I also had kids so my body is all outta whack compared to before
-
Fantastic!

I am an emotional eater too! I am being more conscience about it and letting myself have a small snack here and there, but I am careful not to binge, or stop a binge before it gets crazy. Have you looked into ways to relax and de-stress? Hobby's? Friends? Wine?

Same boat. 5 yr old son and 3 yr daughter. Are you a snacker? That's what my problem is, I seem to always be in the kitchen. My "danger zone" is nap time so I try to stay upstairs or keep myself busy from 1-3. It helps that I am lazy so if I stay upstairs, I usually won't venture down just for food.

I need to lose 75 pounds! I'm in!

I feel like I am more conscious of my body and watching it slowly change, I am much more aware and thinking about it more. Yes, that includes the negative thoughts along with the positive. Especially when dealing with a plateau. That being said, you need to figure out the underlying issues that are leading to the negative…
