That's crazy expensive! I only ever bum cigarettes from whoever I'm drinking with, but £10 would probably make me do a quadruple take. Here cigarettes are really cheap and you can also buy them loose instead of buying whole packs. Luckily even the smell of someone else smoking has started putting me off.

Anything wrong with waiting till next year for the surgery? Are you in too much pain? My mom neededcknee replacement surgery, and she improved her flexibility a lot via yoga, and strengthened her core a lot through strength training, and a lot of the pain went away by itself.
