Yaaaaaasss! I don't own a scale or tape measure actually but I think Tape measures are cheaper than scales so I'll do that. LAst I checked ( which was almost a year ago) I was a 26" waist. Would like to get to 23". I'm under 5 feet so that's not as crazy as it sounds I don't think ;)

I'm 4' 11". A legit 1200 - 1500 cal diet for me is maintainance NOT loosing. I'm 34 years old and know my body and know what's going into my mouth. You're not Crazy lol. I have to create a deficit in my workout if I'm going to eat 1200+ AND want to lose. I also notice that I have to watch carbs big time. I eat basically…

HI All! 4' 11" HW 114 CW 109 GW1 100 GW2 90 Build toned muscle I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter. Eat Primal. Favorite workouts: chasing and playing with my daughter HIIT for about 5-10 min a day, walking. I love lifting but want to cut as much as I can before I go back to weights.
