Age 54 I'm 5'6 ( 166 cm) current weight is 58/1 kilos ( 128 pounds) I want to put weight on - muscle so I want to be 60kg (132 pounds) Body fat % 19.6 and my goal is to get it down to 16% I'm busy with a carb cycling plan for about 12 weeks, and lift and push weights 4 to 5 days a week.

Hello. I am just starting the low/high carb cycle. Only for 12 weeks at least as i have never done it before. And i am back on MFP as of a few days ago.

53 years old. Was 60 kilos Am now since starting weight training 4 months ago 58 kilos. To stay the same or get heavier but due to muscle growth. If I loose some that's okay but not to much. 166cm in height.
